「道坊」国际工作坊是艺术管理学院继「道来」大讲堂后推出的国际工作坊系列。工作坊旨在促进跨文化交流，推动非物质文化遗产保护、传承、传播和表达的多元探索，形成以“非遗”为载体的良性国际交流平台。通过邀请国际知名学者、民间艺术家、非遗传承人及跨界实践者等，与本校师生共同开展实践与理论研究，为参与者提供一个深入探讨非遗保护与传承、国际传播与创意表达、前沿技术与跨学科合作的机会。工作坊希望通过搭建一个周期性、可持续的国际学习交流平台，达到不同文化背景的碰撞，激发各界对于非物质文化遗产多层次、多角度的思考与实践，加强中国非物质文化遗产在世界范围内的影响力。
"The Way to Practice" International Workshop Series
As the extension of the "The Way to Wisdom" Lecture Series, “The Way to Practice” initiative by the School of Arts Management drives cross-cultural dialogue and advances intangible cultural heritage (ICH) through conservation, transmission, dissemination, and innovative expression. Bringing together global scholars, folk artisans, ICH custodians, and interdisciplinary experts to collaborate with academics and students, it explores critical themes in heritage theory and practice. Through a sustainable international framework, the workshop seeks to: (a) Catalyze cross-disciplinary inquiry and cultural exchange for ICH; (b) Inspire strategic solutions for heritage preservation and modern relevance; (c) Elevate the global profile of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Bridging theory and practice, this platform unites diverse stakeholders to foster innovative, sustainable narratives for cultural heritage in a global context.

马来西亚蜡染国际大师工作坊
「道坊」国际工作坊第一期将与马来西亚蜡染大师合作，在中马建交51周年之际，积极推动两国的人文交流与合作，让这棵友谊之树在文化、教育、旅游等领域不断枝繁叶茂。此次国际工作坊将通过知识讲座、实践创作、展览展示等形式，推动东南亚南亚区域的跨国文化对话与非物质文化遗产传播与创新表达。此次工作坊将围绕马来西亚巴蒂克（Batik）技艺在中国传统纹样的基础上进行创新表达，让参与者了解马来西亚巴蒂克（Batik）的历史与制作方法，体验相似传统技艺的多文化传承与发展，探索中国非物质文化遗产在世界文化交流中的历史与未来。
Marking the 51st anniversary of China-Malaysia diplomatic relations, the workshop collaborates with Malaysian batik masters to deepen cultural, educational, and tourism ties through shared heritage. Through lectures, hands-on workshops, and exhibitions, it fosters cross-cultural dialogue in Southeast/South Asia and champions innovative expressions of intangible cultural heritage (ICH).
Focused on Malaysian batik, the program integrates its techniques with Chinese traditional motifs, enabling participants to explore batik history/craftsmanship, experience multicultural heritage evolution, and examine the global relevance of Chinese ICH. By blending artistic traditions, the initiative inspires creative collaboration and mutual understanding, celebrating five decades of diplomatic and cultural partnership.

穆罕默德纳吉布
Dato Najib Ahmad Dawa
传统艺术（蜡染与木雕）、马来传统文化中的符号与象征意义、传统建筑与现代艺术
穆罕默德纳吉布教授，曼彻斯特城市大学“马来西亚吉兰丹蜡染象征意义”方向哲学博士。历任马来西亚国民大学艺术学院院长、国家美术馆馆长、国家艺术文化遗产学院校长等职。
在学术出版与艺术实践领域成果丰硕，出版《马来西亚国家美术馆：家之所在》《马来西亚蜡染：传统的重塑》《马来西亚工艺：纺织卷 —— 蜡染与宋吉锦》等多部专著，担任探索频道《神秘马来西亚：马来西亚蜡染的设计与色彩》专家顾问，编著《红色手册：从传统到当代语境的转化》《时间线：马来西亚国家美术馆藏集》等十余部展览图录及期刊。他在国际学术舞台颇具影响力，发表《马来西亚蜡染的历史与发展》《马来西亚蜡染及其符号象征》等多篇学术论文。
艺术创作方面，其作品多次亮相国际展览，包括法国巴黎卢浮宫沙龙展、中国杭州 “亚非国际艺术展”、马来西亚国家美术馆 “会员专属展” 等，《佛塔》《相遇与交融》《生长》《自由》等绘画作品被美国纽约康奈尔大学纺织博物馆、马来西亚国家皇宫、泰国宋卡王子大学等机构收藏。2008 年，他于吉隆坡 Mutiara 艺术画廊举办 “Loccan”蜡染艺术个展，《无界系列》等作品通过多元媒介探索传统蜡染的当代表达，进一步巩固了其在跨文化艺术实践中的影响力。
Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Najib Bin Ahmad Dawa, a Manchester Metropolitan University Ph.D. in Kelantan Batik Symbolism, has held key roles: Dean of USM School of Arts (2001–07), DG of Malaysia’s National Art Gallery (2008–09; 2016–19), and Rector of ASWARA (2010–11).
A prolific scholar-artist, he authored Malaysian Batik: Reinventing a Tradition (2011) and curated Discovery Channel’s Enigmatic Malaysia (2011). His 12+ catalogs include Buku Merah (2009) and Timelines (2008). Internationally, he published seminal works on batik history/symbolism.
His art, exhibited at the Louvre (2011) and Hangzhou (2012), is held in Cornell, Istana Negara, and Prince of Songkla collections. His 2008 Loccan solo show merged batik with mixed media, cementing his cross-cultural influence.

Rosliza Muhammad
马来西亚资深蜡染艺术家，师从蜡染大师 Wan Nong Ahmad，拥有玛拉工艺大学纺织设计学士学位，深耕蜡染行业 30 余年。她以花卉 motif 为特色，将艺术美学融入吉兰丹传统蜡染，作品服务马来西亚王室，创立“LIZZA CREATIONS”品牌并主导设计与生产。多次担任马来西亚国家蜡染设计大赛（如 Piala Seri Endon）决赛选手并获奖，代表马来西亚赴欧洲参与蜡染文化交流，与 Calvin Thoo、Bernard Chandran 等设计师合作时装秀。同时，她长期担任高校外部考官及讲师，推动蜡染技艺教育传承，是连接传统工艺与现代设计的重要实践者。
Rosliza Muhammad, a Malaysian batik artist trained under Wan Nong Ahmad (UiTM B.Textile Design), brings 30+ years of expertise in floral-motif batik, blending Kelantan traditions with contemporary design. Royal-commissioned works and her LIZZA CREATIONS brand highlight heritage innovation.
A Piala Seri Endon multi-award winner, she represented Malaysia in European exchanges and collaborated with Calvin Thoo/Bernard Chandran on batik fashion shows. As an external examiner/lecturer, she integrates traditional techniques into design education, fostering skill transfer.
Her career exemplifies a harmonious fusion of artistic mastery, cultural preservation, and industrial innovation, solidifying her role as a trailblazer in Malaysia’s batik renaissance.

Nawwal Binti Abdul Kadir
纳瓦尔现任马来西亚吉兰丹大学创意技术与遗产学院教师，拥有马来西亚理科大学美术荣誉学士及纺织图形硕士学位，深耕蜡染、表面设计与纺织品设计领域逾 30 年。她长期致力于天然染料在蜡染产业中的创新应用，主持 “山竹叶替代染料”“高地与低地天然色素浓度比较”等 8 项科研项目。作为实践专家，累计举办 50 余场天然染料与蜡染工作坊，涵盖社区、学校及国际合作（如印尼巴迪蜡染会议），推动传统蜡染技艺与可持续发展结合。研究领域聚焦马来传统蜡染纱笼、天然色素提取及亚洲蜡染工艺比较，兼具学术深度与产业转化价值。
Nawwal Binti Abdul Kadir, a UMK Creative Technology & Heritage faculty member with USM’s B.A. (Fine Arts) Hons. and M.A. (Textile-Graphics), offers 30+ years in batik/surface/textile design. She leads 8 projects (RFGS/UMK/Ministry of Economy), including "Mangosteen Leaf Dye" and "Natural Color Concentration."
Since 2010, she’s conducted 50+ workshops: community (Kelantan Batik Entrepreneurs), educational (East Coast teachers), and international (Indonesia’s Pekalongan with UNESCO’s Zahir Widadi), engaging 2k+ participants to blend tradition with sustainability.
Her research focuses on Malay batik sarung, natural dye extraction, and Asian batik comparisons (Orang Asli practices), linking academia and industry. Current work: 2023–2025 Sungai Rual Batik Factory supporting Kelantan’s Orang Asli with eco-batik.

上午：理论讲解、熟悉材料（蜡、铜制蜡刀、涂蜡画笔、加热锅、织物、木框、涂蜡）
下午：图案设计（以云南传统民族纹样为基础绘制草图）
5月27日（周二）
全天：图案设计+涂蜡
a）使用 4B/6B 铅笔在织物的指定区域描绘 / 绘制图案。
b）备蜡（将蜡放入加热锅中）。
c）使用铜制蜡刀、画笔或任何适用工具在绘制好的区域涂蜡。
d）重复涂蜡过程，学员需研究铜制蜡刀并熟悉工具的使用方法。
5月28日—29日（周三、周四）
全天：靛染—将完成蜡染的织物放入靛蓝染缸中浸染。
对完成的织物进行煮洗，采用脱蜡工艺（去除蜡后，原本涂蜡的地方会呈现白色线条或空白区域）。
